❤ ❤ Art Supplies Review!!!!

✿ I finally bought some art supplies. I'm really happy because I'm leaving to my country and I'm leaving my computer here...so I won't be making a lot of digital art. I only had like 75$ and I spend more than hundred and my mom was okay paying half of it...I really love her ^_^

Michaels Store

Here's all of my supplies that I have so far....not all of them are new and not all of them are from Michaels Store....oh wait...let me talk about that store. Michaels store is really near to our house, the supplies are expensive but it's like that everywhere else. Even online, art supplies are really expensive in general. Ones again not everything in the picture is from Michaels store but you can find most of them there, they have everything for the artist. It's one of my favorite stores. 

Let's start reviewing everything one by one! 

✿ Canson® XL® Mix Media Pad

I bought this for 30$ at the store. This is 14in x 17in, it's really big but there's even bigger one but I couldn't find it in the store, you will probably check it out in their online store, and you can even choose your own size. Just press the title of this sketchbook and it will take you directly there where you want to be:) it's that easy!!!! Canson makes one of my favorite sketchbooks, the pages are really thick, you can draw and paint with watercolor in it. It has a really good quality. I have 3 Canson sketchbooks and they are amazing. I will always shop for canson sketchbooks!!!!!

✿ Canson® Universal™ Sketch Pad

A good friend in 7th grade gave it to me, back then I wasn't interested in drawing so I didn't really use it a lot, but now it's my universal practice pad....mine is 5.5 in x 8.5 in. The smallest one and it's really good to practice your drawing. There's only two sizes, this one and another one is bigger 9 in x 12 in. You can check it out by pressing the title. 

✿ Canson XL Recycled Drawing Paper Pad 9"X12"-60 Sheets

Actually I bought this version at Walmart for much cheaper price, the quality is similar and the size is good enough to draw head and clothes. I use it to make a lot of comics and crazy drawings. One more thing about Canson sketchbooks is that when you erase, the paper won't get damaged. (Don't forget to press the title to check it out for a cheaper price) 

✿ Artist's Loft™ Fundamentals™ Sketching & Drawing Set

The one that I bought wasn't like this....it had only 10 pencils and one pencil sharpener...but they have much better one for the same price online. It costs only $4.99 and the pencils have different HB. There were a lot of other sketching pencils but they were expensive...I use a simple No. 2 pencil and they are okay...guess these are better...it's good enough:)

✿ Pigma® Micron® Manga-Comic Pro Set

I haven't opened or even tried them yet...by looking at the price I knew it has to be good. It costs 20$ and I knew I need it to trace my art to make it visible. I also bought it just because it said manga...^_^

Here's a review I got it from the internet: I hope they are good!!!!! If no then I want my money back!!!

✿ Artist’s Loft® White Vinyl Eraser

It doesn't cost that much...but I really love white soft erasers, because I think they erase much better and they don't leave a trash of the eraser pieces like the pink eraser does. And I also love the paper wrap around them, so when you use it, the eraser won't go dirty. The price is only $1.49

✿ Simply Wooden Artists' Manikin:

You can find this in any art stores, even at walmart for the same price. It really helps to draw a body and a pose, you can make any kind of pose you want, it really helpful. It costs only $ 5.82 at walmart. 

✿ Mastering Manga 2: Level Up with Mark Crilley:

I bought this on Amazon for 18.75$ and I also saw it in Michaels Store...I don't remember the price and I can't find it in their online store. Guess you either have to go and check out their store for real or buy it in Amazon. I think you can also find it in any other book stores. It's a really popular book that contains a lot of details. I learned a lot from it, mostly it talks about manga, the comic, how to set up the setting and built your characters. But it doesn't have a coloring guide just drawing and placing it in right places. But somehow...this is more like a American Comic Guide more than Japanese Manga Guide. But it's still really handful. I love making comics!!!!!

✿ Ticonderoga 12ct #2 Wood Pencil

I really love No.2 pencils with black color more than yellow....because they are soft and you can erase them easily. I don't have it right now because I wasted all of them ^_^ because they are really good. And you can see it literally said The World's Best Pencil!!!!!

✿ Wacom - Intuos Creative Pen and Small Touch Tablet - Silver/Black:

I bought this for 100$ at best buy and it has the same price everywhere I guess...but of course you will buy it in best buy, because it's a trusted store. There is smaller and cheaper one but I know it's too small...and there is also a bigger and expensive one. Of course you want a cheaper one. I use this for more than 5 months now and it works really good. The size for 100$ isn't too small or too big, it's good enough. I'm comfortable with it. I will buy the expensive ones when I get better at art, but right now this is good enough. I use it for coloring the most of the time (and signing my name(^_^)

✿ Artist’s Loft™ All-Media 126pc Art Set

This is kind of expensive. I bought it for 60$ because it had a lot of various things and I just wanted to try all of them. I also bought because when I planned to buy everything that is inside separately it costed higher...and I love this set and the suitcase that they are in. 

Okay...that's all for now!!!! Hope this was helpful. As you can see I'm not rich, and I try to buy the best and cheaper ones (I guess).  I didn't bought any copic markers and prisma color pencils because heck no....they are way too expensive and I'm not really good at using them. I will buy them when I get better at art. When you get better at art, you will know what kind of tools and supplies to buy. But if you're a beginner, then I hope this review helped a little bit(^_^)
